Café Brisa Serena is back. We’ve offered coffee from this co-op since our first year of operation. This particular lot comes from 11 producers in the village of Ducurai, Ermera municipality, located within Timor-Leste’s highest peak, Tatamailau.

Café Brisa Serena is a social enterprise formed in 2010 in collaboration with the NGO Peace Winds Japan. PWJ had begun its work redeveloping Timor-Leste’s coffee-growing areas not long after the country’s formal independence in 2002.

Nice clean daily sipper, with green fruit impressions (lime, green apple).
