“Do You Do Dark Roast?”
We get asked this often enough that it merits addressing here.
In short, no. For now we only offer light roast, which is our preferred means to highlight a coffee's innate sweetness. We also keep a tight inventory as a small roastery and avoid accommodating a roast option that we don't offer to the public.
