This coffee was processed by local miller-exporter Monpi Coffee. With cherries coming from around 600 small producers, the main processing takes place at Kagamuga dry mill. After ripe cherry separation, drying took place over a month in the cool climate highlands.
A high-toned but clean natural, with the sweet impressions of banana on the nose and red fruits (raspberry, cherry, strawberry) in the cup. We love this for both espresso and drip preparations.
