Our first specialty lot from the Phillipines! We love seeing the work that Kalsada Coffee has done in the Philippine specialty coffee production in the past decade. Besides receiving samples from time to time, we’ve also tasted the lots that our Chicago roaster friend 4LW Coffee has served in its flagship Logan Square cafe.

This washed process lot provides a sweet and approachable cup, with a gentle medium brightness redolent of peach and tangerine.
