This lot, produced by Western Highlands producer named Rex from Mong Coffee, is a result of a collaboration with the importer Crop to Cup. With funding from the importer, Rex experimented with a longer drying under shade (15-20 days) to improve cup quality. The result is a crisp, washed lot with enough orange fruit impressions (peach, orange) to make it a nice daily sipper. A great example of what QC improvement can bring out in a PNG cup.
