We’ve sourced great Bali natural processes before. But this is the first time we’ve sourced a lot produced by Karana. A green coffee producing and trading offshoot of Ubud’s Seniman Coffee, Karana is a joint effort by Seniman founder, Aussie artist Rodney Glick, and local processing expert I Kadek Edi. I would visit Seniman Coffee semi-regularly when living in Ubud around 2016. It’s awesome to see how much its green coffee program has taken since taken off.

This lot, coming from around 370 small producers, exemplifies what a great, clean Bali natural can be, with strawberry and mandarin impressions.
