This is our first lot sourced from Unblended Coffee, a Colombia-based company founded by siblings Sofia and Lucas Cuadros. Unblended works with many young Colombian producers, providing training and guaranteeing lot purchases.

The Transformation lot, in particular, comprises lots by young female producers who are taking their first steps in managing their family farms. Consisting mainly of chiroso, a floral Ethiopian heirloom cultivar, and castillo, this washed blend sings with a laser-focus acidity.

Super clean cup, with cherry, lime and peach impressions.
